Appointments
To allow ample time for all patients, appointments
are encouraged for routine procedures. We make every
effort to honor all time commitments, but on occasion
emergencies may arise. Whenever possible you will be
informed of delays due to emergencies.
Emergencies
If you encounter an unexpected problem or emergency please
call our reception staff for assistance. Emergencies will
be triaged and accommodated during business hours.
After business hours simply call our regular telephone
number (775)-782-3693 to reach the doctor on-call for
emergencies. There is an additional fee for after
hour's services.
Credit Policy
We assume that your pet is a family member and our fees
are structured to support the financial demands of
maintaining a modern facility with state-of-the-art
equipment, the newest drugs available, and a professional
staff dedicated to ongoing education. We have no desire
to extend anyone beyond their means and will gladly
advise you of anticipated costs at your request. Unless
arrangements are otherwise made, payment is expected as
services are rendered.
