Carson Valley Veterinary Hospital proudly utilizes Idexx Diagnostic Laboratory for specialized diagnostics and consultations. When we need an answer right away, we have full in-house lab capabilities in order to provide fast and accurate results.

Blood analysis allows us to look closely and evaluate body functions, including kidney function, liver enzymes, pancreas enzymes, electrolytes, glucose (involving diabetes), hydration status, inflammatory status, infection evaluation, blood gas values, heartworm, lyme disease, ehrlichia, red blood cells, and white blood cells.These are just some of the diseases and conditions that blood analysis can help with.
